Privacy notice
This notice explains how we handle the personal data of people who visit the website and of people who write to us through the contact form, under the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process
You do not need to give us any data to visit the website. The servers hosting it record technical data such as the IP address and the browser type, for security reasons. If you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and the text of your message.
Why we process it
We use the data from the form only to reply to you and to give you the information or the quote you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data keeps the website running and protects it from abuse, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who processes it for us
The website is built and hosted by Dorvia, which processes the data on our behalf as a data processor, together with its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare. Some providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless they are needed for an ongoing relationship with you. Technical data is kept only as long as security requires.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, to object, or to receive it in a readable format, by writing to the contact details above. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
